Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened gel packs or items showing signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Ensure you check the size guide before purchasing, as incorrect size selection is not grounds for a full refund if the item has been worn.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Items
If you received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost.
